TH004 – Dry Room
Dry room mod.TH004 normal or dualclima batch drying system with temperature and humidity values programming desired in certain times with dedicated drying recipes.
This system allows the conditioning of large or small batches of leather, according to the quantity of skins required by the customer.

With this plant you have a drying process in BATCH, in an insulated environment where the hides move thanks to an aerial conveyor. The skins are dried in a standard way within a specified time and with temperature, humidity and air exchange values set on the recipe.
There are various versions including the DUAL-CLIMA, which adopts the technology of the CHILLER, dries at the same temperature throughout the year.
With the WET solution, humidification is achieved when the external climate is particularly dry and the set process air humidity parameter is not reached.
The Air Handling Unit (AHU) used is a mixture chamber with double fan with filters for air cleaning and the predisposition to adopt the energy recuperator which allows an average annual saving of 50 %.
