THEMA SYSTEM aware of the importance of the quality aspect of the painted leathers, has exported its experience in air treatment for drying leathers, in making leathers painting plants.

Once the preparation phase of the skin to be painted is passed inside suitable environments appropriately built to eliminate dust contamination and make the environment healthy for operators in order to proceed to the painting phase.

The first room is built with insulating panels, with an air diffusion system in order to pressurize the room, filter the incoming air and keep the paint layer intact.

The second room adjacent to the first and communicating with a sealed door, has the function of allowing a proper drying of the paint thanks to a heat-venting chamber with mixture to manage humidity and temperature of the environment.
