This system allows to work with the desired process temperature of the customer (even below 30°C) and through various conditioning sectors, in a given time and constant productivity, it allows to obtain a stabilized skin and with constant humidity on the whole surface of the skin.

THEMA uses some patents for process control called THEMA DRY-CONTROL. THEMA in the customer service policy proposes DRY-LAB to test drying recipes on small batches to be proposed then on production lots for either the system TH004 – DRY ROOM or the continuous system TH009 – DRY TUNNEL. The DRYLAB is available with various options;
• Humidification system
• Low temperature dehumidification system with CHILLER.
• Skin moisture monitoring system “thema dry control touch”
• Standard version with Air Handling Unit (AHU) according to the type of power supply but always a mixture chamber with filters

The focal part of the machine and the electrical panel with an elaborate software where you simulate exactly the production recipe so that once tested it can be sent directly to the plant.
This system is essential for both the tanning groups but also to individual tanneries and therefore for the tanning industry that wants a standard process guaranteed.
